Date of release | February 5, 2021 |
Description
Maps merged together with bspguy. When possible, seamless teleports are used to make map series feel like one big map.
These are grouped together in a pack because they all share the same scripts. When I find a bug or update the scripts, it usually affects everything else I've merged. It's easier to update this pack than to update each map page individually.
"dogs_v1 (6)" means the 6 maps in the original series were merged into 1 map named dogs_v1.
Maps included

There's so many campaign has more than 30 maps.
Hope you can merge them.
Example : Azure Sheep, Sweet Half-Life, Residual-life 1.9, Echoes, Half-Quake Amen Coop, USS Darkstar, Poke646
Eventually. I'm merging stuff I like first, and some low-hanging fruit. Some of those campaigns can't be merged much because they're already near max clipnodes, but even a 50% reduction in map changes is probably worth it.
I hope you can merge them like how Sven Co-op team does They Hunger series, less changelevel is enough for me.
They Hunger and HL were merged by rebuilding the maps from decompiles, I think. That takes 100x more effort than running a bspguy command and fixing up some ents. I don't have the motiviation to do that for 255 map series. For maps like st2a I think less changelevel is enough, too.
