Description
Inspired by 5 Ways to Die, this map has 10 rooms - 4 paths to choose. 3 kill you, the other lets you proceed. You work out which one will kill you by answering a shown question. Some questions make no sense at all because they don't have to.
Enjoy the music as you're going through, and look out for secrets!
You get a special treat at the end! (not just porn)

it is fatal error for me how do i fix it
I'm sure its not the map, played countless times on many servers. What is the error you have, try the ~ console and see what the message is.
Try and do a re-install.
It's probably a model limit because you downloaded the map from a server that doesn't deliver a model replacement file.
Download the map from this website instead to ensure you get the whole configuration.
Just released beta 2 of this now. Lighting quality is the biggest improvement, what with solids in use instead of func_wall's for every damn prop and interior structure.
Hopefully this is the last amendment I have to make, but you never know. That crash after 20 minutes may still exist.
loool I didn't see the rest of those portals. I thought there are only 2…And yes, I managed to pass it. Actually the last puzzle was the only one I was stuck at (and the one with food and nom nom scale xD)
what is the answer anyway. I should have stuck with the green door. My heart skipped a beat and I quit after that

I have tried a calculator but i can't get right answer, I tried most of the portals but they killed me :(. Please say what answer is right!
A basic calculator won't do it. You need a scientific calculator, or use Excel.

This map is plainly stupid, no matter which answer for puzzle 11 you choose you end up in a black room where there are images of that possesed girl from Exorcist movie, and there is a sound of guy (presumably author) screaming. Screw you Adam :P
