Hello Skacky. From the first day, I and my friends been huge fan of your sc_persia. Its atmosphere, design and ambience, lights and so on… It has been numerous times that we played this map, solo/duo or more. We so much mastered this map that we call ourselves "Pros of Iran" (just a joke among us :P, also replacing "persia" with "iran" is just another joke, lol). We had played this map so much that we had time to make up various tricks, such as double minigun to beat robot terrorists, etc. We didn't even need to use the co-op boost for first balcony (the one with rope) in solo play before you added the rope. Now we would love to play a possible sc_persia_2 map of yours. We would be grateful if you make it.

it should be put the nextmap sc_dead_zone3_final and nextmap sc_dead_zone4_final to be connected.

I uploaded last part, since it was not connected avp9 to avp10 with the end_map.

Unless that player model has been removed from the latest patch and you happened to reinstall sven coop just now, then no, it's a default file that comes with vanilla SC, it shouldn't be missing, I have it.

Perhaps the problem is that the correct path that the entity should say is "models/player/cl_suit/cl_suit.mdl"

It also came with two custom weapons that the screenshots in that thread don't show.

What's your planning conversion and who is author of conversion. I wonder if they looking a best HL/Opfor mod in the history from the website such as Moddb and Run Think Shoot Live (RTSL). there's only way with using script with the monster, weapons and others. anyone can be know makes conversion SC would be released in this year from the future.

New update. There's still room for improvement, but this should cover all problems so far.
- Updated credits, thanks Outerbeast and AlexCorruptor for testing
- Reduced health on some bosses
- Listed the known bugs and attempted to quickly fix them so it's playable. But there are no more map breaking bugs so far :)

It is not a problem if it it too challenging for a solo player. It might be difficult to balance it so I wouldn't be too concerned about changing it too much.

Overall I don't mind dying too much and running back as I used to that in this game.

Hi there, thanks for the input.
That was the big concern from the start that it would be too challenging to play solo in normal mode. I understand your frustration with dying the respawning all the way back to the beginning.
Currently a script is under development that will provide a new style of checkpoint for normal mode only that will teleport alive players and set a new spawn location if players die further into the levels to prevent players from spawning at the beginning of the level. I do have to express that when it is implemented, levels will have a maximum of 2 of these points and players should try to revive each other whenever possible even in normal mode.

We appreciate you gave the campaign the best chance.

Nice conversion from what I got through, gave up by map 6. Tried to play solo mode with survival disabled but still very tough by myself.

Will try it again when you have made a normal version.

The third layer secret area in this one is very different than what was done in the past. If you gain the third secret area/layer with a partner, you will dominate this map. Huge map and easy to get lonely behind the walls if there isn't enough players in the main area to destroy with traps and arrows.

So much fun for me to play the map on lan with family. I can make bigger prettier maps with sven coop. Just wish it had deathmatch as an option by default.

I like the idea of a layered areas to play a game where you have control in the secret areas and constantly fight to keep other players out of the secret area you are in. That's how I get my ideas. Now I need a new gametype for my maps.
