Why? Some maps are spanish only, like there are japanese ones.

but why spanish if some one can speak in english

this map series is spanish only not just because it is made for spanish speakers but because it has political and social jokes specifically from argentina and only people that live there can understand them. It would make less sense if it was in english and it would defeat the sense of the jokes themselves because some of them just can't be translated properly.
